Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence, financial assessments, and modeling to facilitate investment decisions.
  • Evaluate and analyze joint venture agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive and formal proposals for the Investment Committee.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team in negotiating, structuring, finalizing, and financing transactions.
  • Perform market research to guide investment strategies.
  • Actively participate in the ongoing strategy for acquisitions and growth.
  • Provide insights during internal strategy meetings regarding acquisitions.
  • Create and update materials and client presentations in a timely manner.
  • Conduct client analysis to support fundraising, client retention, and business expansion.
  • Prepare investment reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, ideally within the hospitality sector, with a background in development, banking, investment management, private equity, or a similar field.
  • Proficient financial modeling skills in Excel, with advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities to manage large and complex datasets effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to apply commercial judgment to support critical strategic decisions.
  • Solid academic credentials.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the UK residential property market.
  • Familiarity with capital structures and financial instruments.
