Position Overview
Nursing Team Leader Role
Location: Marden, Kent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for 12.5-hour shifts (including one weekend a month)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support clinical and care teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing and care services.
  • Maintain the highest standards of resident dignity and safety.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, audits, and shift scheduling.
  • Work collaboratively with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and assist with care home inspections.
  • Promote infection control and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications:
