Role Overview
As a Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for upholding a resilient IT framework, essential for protecting the future of the members. This position is crucial for delivering incident resolution across both physical and cloud infrastructures, while also playing a significant role in project execution with an emphasis on a cloud-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and sustain IT infrastructure within VMware and Azure Cloud environments to fulfill organizational needs.
  • Address incidents within the IT infrastructure across both physical and cloud settings.
  • Engage in technical dialogues and contribute to project execution tasks.
  • Manage Active Directory and EntraID, including the establishment and oversight of Group policies.
  • Conduct regular maintenance to ensure the IT infrastructure remains supported and secure.
  • Participate in the IT infrastructure team's on-call schedule, offering critical support as required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Possess knowledge of Azure Networking principles.
  • Manage and administer Azure Virtual Desktop effectively.
  • Exhibit expertise in Active Directory, EntraID, Microsoft Server, and Azure cloud solutions.

Work Environment
This position is hybrid, allowing flexibility in your work location. The team does not depend on presenteeism, encouraging you to work where you feel most productive, with minimal office presence required. You will receive ample notice for any necessary office visits or travel to different sites, with an average expectation of one day per week in the office.

Eligibility
Applicants must be fully eligible to work in the UK and able to travel to the office on occasion.
