About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our Film Team at The Production Factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple film productions, working closely with our Global Director of Production, and collaborating with clients and agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and managing photographers, directors, and other creative professionals to deliver on creative briefs
  • Developing and executing production budgets, schedules, and critical paths to ensure smooth production and post-production processes
  • Negotiating and agreeing competitive rates and contracts with suppliers for the benefit of clients and The Production Factory
  • Producing large and small-scale shoots globally, working closely with service production and the PF production team
  • Ensuring high levels of service to clients at all times, attending shoots in the UK and abroad as required
  • Working with our in-house editor to elevate their output to clients
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Senior TV Commercial Producer role, either in-house or freelance
  • Specific experience of production in the fashion industry, with a black book of directors and DOPs with relevant fashion work
  • The ability to work across large-scale TV commercial projects, as well as branded content and social campaigns
  • Experience running large-scale stills shoots and art buying photographers
  • Excellent track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms with great client feedback
  • Extensive knowledge of budget management and scheduling
  • Self-motivated, positive, can-do outlook, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
What We Offer

The Production Factory offers flexible working with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on production projects. This role is an office-based role, with your office location base being Kings Cross.
