Executive Compensation Consultant

Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Consultant to join their team in London, UK.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as a project lead or project manager to diagnose client issues and shape executive remuneration solutions for Remuneration Committees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide variety of high-profile and meaningful projects with high-profile clients in the UK and internationally.
  • Manage project teams to prepare for Remuneration Committee or Executive Committee meetings, be the point of contact for clients, and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Allocate work to and manage analysts to ensure quality review processes are implemented, interpret analysis outputs, and write and structure client presentations.
  • Be accountable for delivery of high-quality work, manage project budgets, and be proactive in managing financials through monthly billing.
  • Lead client outputs in relation to market development, contribute to strategic thinking, and reinforce our positioning as the global leader in HR consulting.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of the wider offering of the Career department's products/services, build internal relationships to connect clients with relevant contacts.

Requirements

  • Significant previous consulting and/or industry experience within Executive Compensation/Executive Reward.
  • Professional qualifications and related Executive Reward experience from accounting, legal, or actuarial backgrounds would also be suited to this role.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven analytical and technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
