Job Title: Quality and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Quality and Compliance Coordinator will provide support to the Quality & Compliance team in Devon, focusing on quality document management, internal site defect identification, and the implementation of processes. As the role progresses, the individual will take on increased responsibility for managing individual processes, developing their skills and expertise over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data room management, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with internal project teams and clients for snagging lists and documentation.
  • Perform site visit quality control checks as required.
  • Provide technical assistance to projects.
  • Review PAC (provisional acceptance certificate) information, including datasheets, testing evidence, and manuals.
Person Specification:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A renewables or engineering degree or relevant experience.
  • A high capacity for learning and applying new skills.
  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Office Suite) and computer literacy.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
  • A proactive approach and work ethic.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and goal orientation.
  • A team player attitude.
  • A professional demeanor and presentation.
  • An interest in the renewables and alternative energy sector.
  • A full UK driving license with own transport.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree (or equivalent).
  • Previous solar experience (especially within construction or O&M settings).
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and think outside the box.
  • AutoCAD experience.
