Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's property services division. As a leading maintenance contractor in the South East, they deliver day-to-day responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and Fire Safety projects across the UK.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and established business with long-term security and career prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cost planning and closing out contracts commercially
  • Liaising with the operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
  • Reconciling cost/value reports and profit forecasts
  • Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
  • Approving sub-contractors and supplier payments
  • Attending and chairing progress meetings with clients
  • Regular on-site visits
  • Overseeing P&L with operational leads
  • Cash flow management

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
