Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support individuals with tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements
  • No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full nurse-led training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
