Position Overview:
- Join a family-oriented practice with a strong community presence.
- Engage in responsibilities across multiple local practices.
- Work within a single testing room setup for personalized care.
- Utilize the Optix computer system for efficient operations.
- Prioritize service excellence and quality patient interactions.
- Benefit from extended testing times to ensure comprehensive eye examinations.
- Participate in ongoing business development initiatives.
- Involve yourself in various practice functions, including reception and dispensing.
- Enjoy the autonomy to recommend the best solutions for patients.
- Flexible scheduling options available, with Saturdays off every four weeks.
- Standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (5:00 PM on Saturdays).
- Attractive base salary of approximately £24,000.
- Performance-related bonus structure to reward your contributions.
- Convenient free parking at all practice locations.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an optical setting.
- Ability to take on management responsibilities as needed.
- A genuine interest in supporting the growth and success of the practice.
- Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
