Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including funders and dealerships, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide sound financial product advice to meet their requirements.
  • Use industry knowledge to identify the most suitable vehicles for customers and highlight the benefits of each product.
  • Manage customer relationships to create long-term loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the contract hire/leasing industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products, including BCH, PCH, PCP, and HP, and the ability to explain the benefits of each to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
