About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Executive - SMB to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales operations and business development, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
