Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for visiting restaurants and takeaways to sell our innovative all-in-one online ordering, website, and reservation system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution: Proactively visit restaurants and takeaways to sell our product and demonstrate its benefits.
  • Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate how our product can streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and increase revenues.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Onboarding: Assist new clients with the setup and go-live process, ensuring they are comfortable using the system.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service to address any questions or issues and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in door-to-door sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sector.
