Job Description

Job Title: Associate Director of Technical Excellence

Job Summary:

Arcadis is a leading global company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Technical Excellence to join our Water & Utilities MEICA team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and consolidate relationships across Arcadis and our client base, managing the technical delivery and design outputs of complex projects in the Water sector.
  • Manage the technical delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, in a Design or Technical Lead capacity, using the latest digital design techniques.
  • Support and/or lead design and advisory services relating to new and existing water and wastewater process plants, pumping stations, and ancillary assets.
  • Ensure projects meet required technical, legislative, quality, safety, and environmental standards and objectives.
  • Line management, mentoring, and performance development responsibility for assigned staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other directly related degree.
  • Significant experience in technical delivery of process plant systems on complex water industry engineering projects.
  • Experience of working on design and construct projects using digital design.
