We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Oceaneering, a global provider of engineered services and products to the offshore energy industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project management plans, ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with Oceaneering's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- APM (Association for Project Management) certification or equivalent.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or project management.
