Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside various teams to uphold the efficiency of the sales process
  • Develop and revise training resources for onboarding new employees
  • Assist direct sales representatives during contract negotiations and customer modifications
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize sales workflows
  • Evaluate sales and marketing data to monitor performance
  • Design and enhance dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support data cleansing initiatives and overall data governance
  • Facilitate internal training sessions through webinars

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration or Implementation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management techniques
  • Understanding of Sales Key Performance Indicators
  • Strong professional communication skills
