Job Overview: iRecruit Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at a care home facility in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and deliver direct nursing care and health supervision.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop and maintain personalized care plans, ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior and new staff members, ensuring they are competent and effective.
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses on-site or off-site.
  • Ensure active NMC Pin is maintained.
  • Participate in exciting training and career advancement opportunities.
