Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Professionals to join our team as Health Care Assistants (HCAs) at Tripod Partners. As an HCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients on adult and older adult wards across the Liverpool and Wirral area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
- Assist nursing staff with patient care, including administering medications and providing wound care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Care Assistant or Medical Support Worker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain.
