Overview:
CPS Group UK is pleased to collaborate with a prominent organization in the recruitment of a skilled IT Project Coordinator. This role is essential for managing diverse IT demands and requests, directing them to appropriate teams, whether internal or external.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of IT language, project execution, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related initiatives and requests.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of IT projects, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Deliver consistent daily updates until project completion.
  • Employ project management tracking tools to oversee and communicate with key personnel.
  • Address escalations and provide solutions as necessary.
  • Ensure effective provisioning of IT requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ongoing IT projects and future needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or Manager.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and tracking software (e.g., DART, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with escalation procedures and protocols.
  • Willingness to work on-site during standard business hours.
