We are seeking a skilled Commercial Product Manager to support the growth of our product portfolio, both through organic and acquisitive expansion. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will drive the sales of our product within business through increasing knowledge, awareness, and customer relevance.
Key Responsibilities- Capture 'voice of customer' feedback from customers and key influencers, and translate it into strategy for product positioning, pricing, communication, and innovation.
- Continually assess product/market opportunities/gaps that can be used to drive development plans to increase opportunities for sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Product Managers and Business Partners, and regional teams.
- Be engaged in product price setting, using appropriate tools and methods, owning the annual price increase and acting as business owner from a pricing standpoint for all systems and tools.
- Base NPI (New Product Introduction) decisions on factual and realistic revenue assumptions and let price and positioning considerations guide the product specification.
- Several years of hands-on experience in a previous sales role.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Availability to travel globally, up to 40% of working time.
