About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Bedford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of our children.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that stimulate children's learning and exploration.
  • Contribute to the effective day-to-day management of the nursery environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for our children.
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
