About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join our team at our Guildford dealership. As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and testing to identify any defects or issues
  • Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and repair faults
  • Work on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy
  • Inspect components for wear and tear, and repair or replace as necessary
  • Support other technicians in the workshop to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance
Requirements
  • VOSA approved MOT tester qualification
  • Minimum Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair NVQ or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
  • Proficiency in the use of modern diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work to high quality standards and efficiency targets
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
