Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Associate Director to join our Project Management Corporate Occupier team in Central London.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering significant programmes of work across the private and public sectors, with a focus on high-profile clients and projects exceeding 250,000 sqft.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
  • Ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
  • Lead on bids, responsible for business development and running a small team.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Establish project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Lead on compliance for quality, safety, health, and environment issues on project commissions.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Lead on project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
  • Advise on the procurement of resources.
  • Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques.
  • Lead and advise on project finances.
  • Lead and advise on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution, and disputes.
  • Manage project information flow between the team and client.
  • Prepare project progress reports.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
Requirements:
  • Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  • Experience at a senior management position.
  • Member of a professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB).
  • Experience working with leading consultancies.
  • Delivered CAT A/CAT B office projects.
  • Delivered and led teams on schemes exceeding 250,000 sqft.
