Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ward policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a leadership and management role within a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
