Relief Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a caring and approachable individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker in Fleetwood, Blackpool. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties
  • Provide emotional support to service users
  • Medication oversight
  • Support with daily living tasks, including budgeting and tenancy maintenance
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with service users' family, support network, and involved professionals

Experience of providing care and support to individuals with mental health needs is essential for this role. As a Relief/Bank staff member, you will have the flexibility to pick shifts to suit you and work in services that are local to you.
