Commercial Contracts Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Manager to join our award-winning client, a leading manufacturer of Ground Source Heat Pumps.

The Role

As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling projects and partnerships at a strategic level with various clients in the region. You will ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety, programme, budgeted expense, quality, and contract documentation.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all contracts align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage the Operations team and resources accordingly on a project, group of projects, and portfolio basis.
  2. Contribute to business strategy and develop plans for resource and structure of department in line with expected growth.
  3. Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management.
  4. Negotiate, draft, and review contracts.
  5. Oversee financial aspects and control.
  6. Manage budgets.
  7. Provide training and support.
  8. Report and analyze.
Requirements

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience of managing technical and design elements of complex M&E solutions, ideally including large scale GSHP projects.

  1. Essential commercial experience and relevant background within a similar environment.
  2. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
  3. Action planning and prioritization skills.
  4. Ability to work in a team with excellent communication skills and exceptional coaching skills.
Package
  1. Competitive salary £65,000 - £70,000 plus bonus, dependent on qualifications and experience.
  2. Holiday - 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) for 5+ years' service.
  3. Health - Private Health Insurance is available after one year of service.
  4. Pension - Automatic enrolment into the company pension scheme.
