Job Title: Academy Associate

Fairfield School of Business is a leading provider of Higher Education that is inclusive, inspiring, and developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide strategic vision and leadership for the campus, both academically and non-academically, under the management of the Principal and CEO.
  • To lead the academic development of the College, ensuring the effective management of all academic systems.
  • To enhance the reputation of the College for academic excellence, quality, and engagement.
  • To act as the key contact with the Executive and the Head Office, liaising with HR, Finance, Registry, IT, and Building/Maintenance departments.
  • To contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of College plans and policies.
  • To ensure the College is effectively represented and promoted in local and regional forums, disseminating information from external sources widely throughout the campus.

Requirements:

  • Proven record in a senior academic role enhancing the student education experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications, QAAHE Quality Code, curriculum innovation, and quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a commitment to equity and inclusion.
  • Minimum Master's Degree in a relevant field.
