Chartwells is on the lookout for a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team and craft remarkable dining experiences on a full-time basis, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. In this role, you will take charge of preparing and serving exceptional dishes that enhance the dining experience for our clients and customers, all within the leading food service organization in the UK. Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating and serving high-quality, delicious meals that delight our clients and customers Managing and implementing menu updates Identifying areas for enhancement in our food services Responding to customer feedback to continually improve our offerings Assisting in the development of new menus and innovative culinary concepts Representing Chartwells and upholding a positive brand image Monitoring stock levels to ensure our kitchens are well-equipped Overseeing kitchen cleanliness to maintain hygiene standards Adhering to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulationsOur ideal Culinary Specialist will:
Have a passion for outstanding food and exceptional customer service Possess a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent Have experience in a supervisory role Have a background in a similar culinary position Hold a Food Hygiene certificate Exhibit a flexible approach to workAs part of Compass, you will contribute to nourishing individuals, fostering progress, and building connections across approximately 6,000 venues.
