Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Exhibitions and Stand Designs. This role involves collaborating with a variety of clients across multiple sectors to deliver effective design solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire process of exhibition stand coordination, from the initial concept to on-site execution, working closely with our internal team.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in the exhibitions or events sector, along with proficiency in design software such as SketchUp. You will be adept at client interaction and managing subcontractor activities related to technical exhibition requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibition Solutions: Gather essential information from clients regarding their exhibitions and provide customized solutions, including estimates, designs, and formal quotations promptly.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed, contributing to the growth of our portfolio.
  • Project Coordination: Work in tandem with internal teams to guarantee the smooth delivery of exhibition solutions.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address any challenges that arise with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Client Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and upholding a client-first approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing client portfolios within the exhibition and events sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the AV and exhibitions industry is essential. A technical mindset is necessary to understand the products and services we provide.
