About the RoleAs a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to prepare and assist children and young people to fulfill the aims of their person-centered plan. You will support them to develop life skills, work flexibly to undertake a range of duties, and contribute to assessment and appraisal of the team.
