About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with experience in managing the technical delivery of water mains rehabilitation, network reinforcement, and pressure management projects. You'll lead multi-disciplinary design teams, drive technical delivery, and perform line manager duties for several staff. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing junior team members and mentoring them to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technical delivery of water mains rehabilitation, network reinforcement, and pressure management schemes
  • Manage multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver value-added solutions to client challenges
  • Perform line manager duties for several staff and support the development of junior team members
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with top-tier civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver captivating projects

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in managing the technical delivery of water mains rehabilitation, network reinforcement, and pressure management projects
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Commercial awareness and experience in monitoring and controlling engineering budgets
  • A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject (e.g., civil, electrical, mechanical)
