Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Right There. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile utility bills, council tax, and business rates payments
  • Manage utility accounts and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Process staff and volunteer expenses, as well as petty cash claims and cash advance requests
  • Reconcile supplier statements and accounts, ensuring accurate coding and invoice information
  • Obtain invoice approval from relevant staff members, ensuring compliance with our policies
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a generalist finance environment, with knowledge of financial processes and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as finance software packages, such as Sage 200
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
