Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young learners in a Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support to students
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
* Use evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging behaviour
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Behaviour Mentor
* Experience working in a Primary School setting
* Full-time availability
* Ability to provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support
