Lecturer in Early Years and Primary Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer in Early Years and/or Primary Education to join our Care, Childcare and Counselling department at Bedford Campus.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, deliver, assess, and verify subject specialisms on a range of courses and levels.
- Support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential.
- Manage students' learning and provide a high-quality learning experience.
- Contribute proactively to developments in the Centre in curriculum development and innovative teaching.
- Participate in marketing and promotion activities to support a range of programmes and learning opportunities.
- Certificate in Education qualification (or willingness to work towards).
- Level 4 (and above) qualifications in Early Years or Primary Education related studies.
- Experience in the Early Years or Primary Education sector.
- English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent (or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year).
- Experience of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and work effectively to deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently face to face, on the telephone, and in writing.
