About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our Reinstatement team in Melksham, Wiltshire.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the groundworks/reinstatement of SSE excavations.

You will work as part of a team, reinstating excavations in highways and private sites which are necessary to maintain our distribution network.

Your work must comply with regulations and you will be able to deliver excellent customer service where reactive maintenance is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reinstatement of SSE excavations
  • Groundworks/reinstatement of highways and private sites
  • Compliance with regulations
  • Excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Experience with Groundworks/Reinstating techniques
  • HGV licence and experience of driving a Hotbox or Grab/HIAB lorry
  • Experience of working on public highways
