Job Title: Asset Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Planner to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance scheduling service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement an effective scheduling service for all work required to be undertaken, ensuring that all work orders are closed in line with SLA's and KPI's.
  • Proactively identify and report any data inaccuracies to the Data expert for correction.
  • Manage reactive work orders and schedule subcontractors in coordination with the other schedulers in your team.
  • Support your scheduling buddy and cover them in periods of absence.
  • Foster a working relationship with the customer management team to ensure effective technical service delivery, systems, and processes.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing processes to provide a more cost-effective and relevant service to our customers.
  • Ensure that subcontractors are planned and scheduled in line with the standard operating procedure (SOP).
  • Working knowledge of CAFM systems and building operations, with awareness of facilities disciplines to allow effective allocation of work orders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.
  • A flexible working schedule, with core hours from 08:30 to 17:00.
