About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and Analyze Business Requirements: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop clear, concise requirements for software solutions.
  • Document and Specify Requirements: Create detailed specifications for software solutions, including business processes and use cases.
  • Develop and Innovate Business Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and improve business processes, ensuring they meet future operational scenarios.
  • Present Specifications to Development Team: Communicate technical requirements to software development teams, ensuring they understand business needs.
  • Oversee Software Development: Work with development teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
  • Test and Validate Software: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and specifications.
  • Assist Clients with Business Improvements: Work with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Train Clients and Staff: Provide training and support to clients and staff on software solutions and business processes.
  • Build Relationships with Clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years Business Analyst Experience: Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and software solutions.
  • Consulting Experience: Experience working with clients in a consulting capacity, with a strong understanding of business needs and software solutions.
  • Excellent Client Relationship Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation for business processes and software solutions.
