Job Description

Job Title: Asset Management Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our asset management team and drive exceptional performance. As an Asset Management Lead, you will be responsible for promoting team behaviors that achieve significant business results, helping ISS Integrated Solutions maintain its industry-leading status and strong reputation with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) according to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are upheld to maximize the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated electrical systems.
  • Undertake training and appointment for the role of HV/LV authorized person, adhering to engineering standards in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
  • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all electrically related reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests.
  • Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the site supervisor/Critical Engineering manager (CEM).
  • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
  • Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
  • Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers; Electrical Apprenticeship – gained within the building maintenance industry.
  • Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
  • Experienced in electrical installation work, plus electrical testing and inspection.
