About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans, and monitor their progress to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, and develop and implement care plans to address these needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment, promoting a culture of kindness, respect, and dignity.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
  • Kindness, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.
