About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at SweetTree Home Care Services. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries and long-term neurological conditions in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
- Administer medication and provide support with medical appointments.
- Accompany clients to community activities and outings.
- Support individuals in accessing essential services and resources.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months experience working with clients with brain injuries (desirable).
