Role Overview:
This full-time position requires flexibility in shift patterns. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- Registered General Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing.

- Excellent clinical knowledge based on evidence and best practices.
- Basic skills in workload and shift management.
- Proficiency in IT, including relevant software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Clinical Nurse, you will:
- Ensure patient care standards are upheld consistently.
- Act as a patient advocate, addressing any concerns regarding care.
- Provide leadership during clinical shifts and support the nursing team.
- Engage in professional conduct as per NMC and HCPC guidelines.
