Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team at Randstad. As a Reception Teacher, you will play a vital role in the early development of young learners, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters a love for learning from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive community
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all learners

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
  • High knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum
  • Classroom experience
  • Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child-based safeguarding reference)
