**About the Role**

We are seeking a Trainee Sommelier to join our food and beverage team at THE PIG. As a Trainee Sommelier, you will play a key role in providing exceptional wine service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work in our busy restaurant, serving high-quality wines to lunch and dinner guests.
  • Interact with guests, pairing wines from our extensive cellar and providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Develop your knowledge of international wines and local brands through on-the-job training and various courses.
  • Build relationships with existing and new suppliers to source the finest wines for our guests.
