We are seeking a Trainee Sommelier to join our team at THE PIG, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional wine service to our guests. As a Trainee Sommelier, you will be responsible for working in our busy restaurant, serving high-quality wines to our lunch and dinner guests.

• Interact with guests, pairing wines from our extensive cellar and providing recommendations to ensure a memorable experience.
• Advance your knowledge of international wines and local brands through on-the-job training.
• Build relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Have the opportunity to grow your qualifications in wine and spirits by enrolling in various courses.
