Job Overview

We Are BX2 Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Logistics Operatives. As a prominent distributor in the field of decorative tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), safety footwear, and workwear, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack items for dispatch.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate voice and headset equipment to streamline processes.
  • Physical Tasks: Engage in heavy lifting and manual handling as required.
  • Loading and Unloading: Manage the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Pallet Management: Shrink wrap pallets to ensure safe transport.
  • Forklift Operation: Utilize forklift trucks (FLT) with prior experience.
Working Hours

The role involves rotating shifts:

  • 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM from Monday to Thursday and 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday.
  • 11:15 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Thursday and 11:15 AM to 5:45 PM on Friday.
Compensation

The hourly wage is £12.51. Overtime is compensated at time and a half for Monday to Saturday, while Sundays are paid at double time. Please note that overtime is applicable only after completing the standard weekly hours.
