Job Summary:

This global manufacturing business is seeking a seasoned Compliance and Data Protection professional to lead their corporate compliance efforts.

About the Role:

As the Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies across the organization. This includes:

  • Leading the development and delivery of compliance training programs
  • Horizon scanning for regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with mandatory obligations
  • Managing a small team of compliance professionals
  • Collaborating with the General Counsel to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in compliance and data protection, with a focus on high-risk areas such as competition and anti-bribery
  • Proven management experience, with a track record of leading teams and driving results
