About the Role:

As an L&D Specialist, you'll work closely with our L&D Manager to design and deliver engaging training programs that drive business results. You'll be responsible for supporting recruitment and induction programs, as well as ongoing learning initiatives. Your role will involve leading sessions on mindset, behaviors, and objection handling, while also ensuring that the nitty-gritty of rules and regulations is covered.
