Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in mental health support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting individual well-being
