Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our Residential team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple living sector projects from conception to completion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent client relationship building skills and the ability to build good rapport with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will be accountable for the successful design and delivery of various large-scale Residential projects, working closely with the Directors to ensure projects continue to be delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and support delivery teams from the early stages of developing concept ideas with clients
  • Prepare feasibility studies and design proposals, produce and submit planning applications, and detailed working drawings
  • Work closely with contractors in a client-facing/job running capacity
  • Take projects through the planning stage, through to delivering meticulous packages of working drawings
  • Previous team leadership/management experience, either in a mentorship capacity or a wider project delivery function

Requirements

  • RIBA/ARB affiliated Project Architect with circa 3-7 years' experience
  • Demonstrable Job Running and site coordination/design coordination & project delivery experience
  • Varied sector experience including Commercial, Residential, Logistics, and/or Retail
  • Good working knowledge of current Building Regulations and NBS Create
  • Proficient in REVIT software & good understanding of BIM methodologies
