Project Architect/ Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect/Architectural Technologist to contribute to the success of PEXA Group. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project briefs, feasibility studies, and design proposals for Industrial and Distribution projects
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, detailed working drawings, and other project deliverables
  • Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure project goals are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • RIBA/ARB qualification and registration
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience working with key clients and managing complex projects

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Varied sector experience in Commercial, Logistics, and/or Retail
  • Proven experience in producing construction working drawings
  • Good working knowledge of current Building Regulations and NBS Create
  • Proficiency in BIM methodologies and Revit software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
