Job Title: Instrumentation Technician

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Southern Water. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our water treatment facilities.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing instrumentation systems, including flow, level, pressure, temperature, and chemical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Install new instrumentation systems and modify existing ones as required
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation system issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of water treatment facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in instrumentation and/or control
  • Experience working with instrumentation and control systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
